Family Portraits by RONiN Photography

How sweet is this! It's very rewarding to do custom orders when you see a family portrait like this one. Mama, Dada, and little heart Owen all wearing their Knix bibbed hats which I am officially calling "The Baggs Hat"( more on that later!)
Thanks to Scott Grant of RONiN Photography for these lovely photo. Be sure to check out Scott's photos at www.roninphoto.ca
Thanks for the photos Andrea and Jason. You have a beautiful family and I'm sure you are very grateful for that.

Knix Resuable Bags

For my sales I used plastic bags for a number of years. Last year I decided to shop around for a reusable bag, cloth of some sort. Well I finally found a bag that I was happy with and one which was affordable as well. The bag on the right is last years bag. They went over really well so I'm using the same bag again this year. The bag below will be for this year. I simply add a small piece of fabric and a label sewn on it to jazz it up a little. I think it's a great way to advertise and it's an added bonus to the customer to get a bag with their purchase which is reusable.

A full studio day

The day starts with sewing on labels

The stack of completed hats is actually getting higher thankfully!

Snack time on the fly between fleecing and cutting and pinning...

The stack of work looking at me really doesn't feel like it's getting any smaller!
Lots left to do.

MOO

My new hang tags/business cards have arrived. I'm so excited about them. They look interesting and professional. I chose 9 different images to be on the cards from an image of me in the studio,a close up of a hat in progress and a stack of hats. The back of the card has all my contact info as well as washing instructions. It's fun and I was ready for a change in how my hats are presented. I ordered them from a company called Moo. It was easy and very versatile.
